If you’ve had a look at our page, you’ll know that we are Jules and Res.
Jules is playing the leading role in this project and taking steps that can change lives. Having initiated and founded You Can Help, her next challenge as of September is to hike the 1000-km Via de la Plata pilgrimage trail from Sevilla to Santiago de Compostela.
With You Can Help, we are collecting donations for the Stuttgart Foundation for Children with Cancer. We are supporting three of their projects which we would like to introduce to you.
So why do it?
Supporting children and their families, and making life a little easier for them, is a matter that is close to our hearts.
It’s a feeling of shared happiness to do something good and help others at the same time. Share your happiness with us and give kids a reason to smile!
Jules is experienced in pilgrimage trails having hiked parts of the Camino Frances in 2015 and the Camino Portugues to Santiago de Compostela in 2017.
But this year she is taking on her toughest challenge yet, deciding to hike Spain’s longest pilgrimage trail, the Via de la Plata.
The journey length, the weather and the mental strength required to hike the long distances each day will make this 6 to 7 week hike a challenge. And you can follow, motivate and support her along the way!
At the end of 2017, Jules decided “Yes, I Can Help”, and that’s where the adventure began…
